Step 1: Select Local Pick-Up

• When placing your order online, choose Local Pick-Up.
• Once your order is ready, you will receive a unique 4–6 digit access code by email.

Step 2: Pick Up Your Medical Test Kit

1. Visit the assigned lockbox at our facility.
2. Enter your access code on the digital keypad.
3. Retrieve your kit from the compartment.
4. Close the door securely.

Step 3: Collect Your Sample

• Follow the included kit instructions to collect your sample (urine, swab, etc.).
• Label the specimen properly using the provided tag.
• Seal it inside the biohazard bag and then place it inside the provided mail bag.

Step 4: Drop Off Your Completed Test Kit

1. Return to the same location.
2. Locate the blue specimen drop-box.
3. Place your properly packaged and labeled specimen inside.

Step 5: You’re Done!

• Specimens are collected daily by Genome-Based Diagnostics staff.
• Results are typically ready within 1–3 business days after lab receipt.
• On average, drop-off results are reported within ~36 hours.
